Lace Looks

Don't hide away your lace party dress in the back of your wardrobe just yet; lace is set to be a continuing popular trend this season.

One of last years hottest new style icons, Kate Middleton wore a black and nude lace dress from Zara to attend a charity concert in December which promptly sold out with fans looking to recreate her style. She appeared at the Warhorse premiere in London at the start of this year in this gorgeous Alice Temperley lace gown.

Elizabeth Olsen wore a yellow lace embellished dress from Emilio Pucci's spring 2012 collection to the Critics Choice Awards in LA in January.

Kim Kardashian showed off her famous curves in a glamorous bodycon red lace L'wren Scott dress to co-host 'Live with Kelly' in NYC last month.

If you're unsure about wearing figure hugging lace opt for a more flattering skater style dress. You can incorporate the trend with a simple lace trim detail or invest in a lace embellished top which would work with many outfits.

There are lots of options available on the high street to create a glamorous lace look.

  13. Dress number two is seriously stunning! I'm tempted to try out that gorgeous color now. But my favorite dress is number seven. The black lace is so alluring, but the shape is demure. It's perfect!
