What's On: Festive Edition

I can't think of a better way to spend an afternoon or evening in December than wandering around a Christmas market with friends admiring the decorations and gifts, stopping to sample some of the fine foods on offer and maybe indulging in a mulled wine!

They're ideal for finding unique gift ideas and really put you in the Christmas spirit!

These are some of many festive events taking place in the run up to Christmas

Skate At Somerset House

Ice skate against the beautiful backdrop of Somerset House. Visit the signature Tiffany's blue box shaped shop and don't forget to stop by the Tiffany's tree, its decorations are inspired by the carousel in Central Park, NYC and the twinkling lights evoke the iconic Manhattan skyline.
Until 22nd January.

Southbank Christmas Market

Edinburgh Christmas Markets

There's lot's to see in Edinburgh this Christmas. Take a ride on the big wheel and visit the ice rink by the Scott Monument. Events will be taking place along Princes Street throughout December in the run up to Hogmanay. You can find the Christmas market in Princes Street gardens.
Until 4th Jan

Have you visited any Christmas markets this year?

  11. I went ice skating last week - at the Tower of London rather than Somerset House, but it was so fun - one of my favourite winter things to do!
