Forever 21 Jewellery

I was so pleased when American chain 'Forever 21' announced they were set to open a London flagship store on Oxford Street.
Since its doors opened last month I have been clicking on their website more than usual lusting after many items. I particularly love their jewellery, they have a great range of pieces at affordable prices.
The next time I'm in London I'll definitely be popping in, hoping to pick up some of these beauties

Recent Treats

Over the past few months I've picked up a couple of great scarves from Primark. After my recent post about how to get the leopard look using accessories I was keen to buy a new leopard print scarf.
I had intended to look for a traditionally brown and cream style leopard print but the colours in this scarf immediately grabbed me. As soon as I tried it on I was sold! The autumnal pinks and orange pop to create a distinctive eye catching piece

On a recent Sunday afternoon strolling around Spitalfields I saw a fellow redhead wearing a lovely emerald green leopard print scarf.
Earlier this week I was very happy to spot it hanging on the wall in Primark, I'd imagined it being considerably more expensive!
At £4 each I instantly decided to buy both

I love how the scarf is divided into two patterns, meaning it can be worn in different ways. The larger spots create a bold contrast against the jewelled colour background

The smaller spots create a more detailed design

The two prints can be mixed together for a third look

Both scarves are generously oversized meaning they can be styled in numerous ways. I can't wait to incorporate them into autumn outfits.

Leopard prints can be hard to wear. By adding leopard accessories to your outfit you can achieve a more subtle take on the trend. Wearing a leopard print scarf like Fearne's or Leighton's adds instant style

What They Wore... V Festival

This years V Festival had a great line-up featuring many of pop's finest ladies. These are some of my favourite outfits from the weekend

Rihanna wowed the crowds with her performance and paid homage to the UK in a union jack emblazed crop top teamed with denim cut offs and fishnets

The following day she opted for a tied denim shirt with leather hot pants encrusted with pearls

A broken leg didn't hold Jessie J back with her outfit choice, she wore a brightly coloured fringed playsuit and sported a purple bobbed wig

Ellie Goulding also worked the fringe trend in a red and black fringed jacket

Seeing Stars

Dolce & Gabbana lit up the runway with their star inspired collection at Milan fashion week back in February. Star prints were destined to become a key trend for autumn/winter

Fergie rocked this colourful yellow and black dress at the Teen Choice Awards in L.A. earlier this month

Their now iconic collection has inspired many star print pieces available in the shops. I love the bold star dresses and I'm trying to resist filling my wardrobe with them all!

These are some of my favourite starry picks from the high street

Hello...

and welcome! I've been reading some great blogs for a while now and thought I would give it a go too. I'm Caroline, I love fashion and shopping, trying out new beauty products and keeping up with the latest celebrity happenings (heat is my bible!) I'm also a bit of a tv addict, who else is excited for the return of X Factor to our screens this evening?!
